The Pain Free Dentistry Group are looking for a Sales/Patient Treatment Coordinator to join our fully private, award winning dental practice The Tooth Doctor in Carluke.
Salary from £26,676 plus uncapped earning potential!
- Monday: 8:30am – 1:00pm (at Hamilton Practice)
- Tuesday: 1:00pm – 8:00pm
- Wednesday: 7:45am – 5:15pm / 8:00pm
- Thursday: 7:45am – 5:15pm / 8:00pm
(Please note, the 8:00pm finish would be on either Wednesday or Thursday, not both.)
The Role
- Patient/treatment co-ordinator
- Full-Time & Permanent Position
- Multi-Award-Winning Dental Practices and Team.
- You will provide a first-class patient concierge service for new patients from arranging their initial consultation to liaising closely with clinicians and support staff through their patient journey to the end of treatment.
- You will be responsible for supporting clinicians in providing details of treatment as well as organising payment options. You will be responsible for supporting internal and external enquiries and social media.
- To include occasional cover days in our Hamilton practice

This role is full time approx 36.5 hours per week (to include late evening and Saturday 9am-1pm on rotation). Travel between the practices will be required occasionally, so driving licence would be preferred.
