The Pain Free Dentistry Group are looking for a Treatment Coordinator to work between The Tooth Doctor, Carluke & Hamilton Dental Centre, Hamilton
Salary: up to £28,470 + uncapped monthly commission

We are looking for an enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator to join our award-winning, fully private dental group. This is an exciting opportunity to help patients begin their smile transformation while being rewarded for delivering an outstanding patient experience.
No dental experience? No problem. If you have a background in sales, luxury retail, hospitality, healthcare, or another customer-focused role, we'll provide full training.
What You'll Do
- Guide patients through their treatment journey from enquiry to completion
- Discuss treatment plans and payment options
- Build strong relationships with patients and clinicians
- Follow up enquiries and help patients make informed decisions
- Create engaging social media content
- Deliver exceptional customer service across both practices
What We're Looking For
- Sales or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A confident, positive and professional attitude
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Comfortable creating social media content
- Full UK driving licence preferred due to occasional travel between practices

Hours
Approx. 36.5 hours per week
- Monday: 8:30am–1:00pm (Hamilton)
- Tuesday: 1:00pm–8:00pm
- Wednesday: 7:45am–5:15pm or 8:00pm
- Thursday: 7:45am–5:15pm or 8:00pm (one late finish per week)
- Friday: 8:45am–4:15pm
- Saturday: 9:00am–1:00pm on a rotational basis
