Who we are:
BANCONE , meaning ‘bar’ or ‘counter, isan exciting Pasta restaurant born out of our shared vision for affordable, Michelin quality pasta for everyone. We have been awarded the Bib Gourmand consecutively since 2020, and we offer fresh, hand-made pasta.
Our unique menu consists of a modern take on Italian food, tailored to the London’s market, and we’re very proud to be offering an elevated, friendly and personable service in a buzzy and casual setting in our 5 London venues.

We are currently looking for passionate Sous Chefs to join our expanding team.
We are looking for individuals who are genuinely passionate about delivering the highest levels of quality and creating an exceptional dining and drinking experience for our guests. Experience working with fresh pasta is a great plus, but not necessary. What is essential is the drive, willingness to learn and passion for cooking.

What we require:
- Previous experience in busy, high standards kitchens is preferred
- Good culinary skills and a passion for fresh and homemade food
- Approachable nature, upbeat attitude and great communication
- Being responsible for the day to day management of kitchen team, stocks, ordering
- Create positivity throughout your team, ensuring Bancone remains a great place to work
- You actively participate in the training of team members, using the Bancone training guides and supporting materials, always giving constructive and balanced feedback
- To manage and adhere to all Health & Safety/Food Hygiene

- Being eager to learn and grow with support from the Executive Chef
- Bringing your own brilliant personality to work and encouraging others to be confident with themselves
- Building and sustaining working relationships within the team and collaborating with others
- Owning and taking responsibilities for your actions in delivering consistency and proactive initiatives
