We’re excited to be looking for a Safer Homes Scheduling Operations Planner to join our team - supporting our fantastic trades operatives to deliver a timely, efficient repairs service for our customers, always promoting our first time fix approach.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in keeping our repairs and servicing operation running smoothly - making sure the right colleague gets to the right job at the right time.

Planning and managing our operatives’ diaries so the right colleague is in the right place at the right time

Coordinating repairs, maintenance and servicing to keep everything running smoothly for our customers

Making sure emergency work and overdue services are picked up quickly and completed in line with our commitments

Keeping in touch with our customers, giving clear, timely updates and making sure they know what to expect every step of the way

Working closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure materials, equipment and services are in place when needed
Your attention to detail and organisation will help create a seamless experience for both our customers and colleagues - minimising disruption and keeping everything on track.
