About Us: VetPulse is a brand-new, independently owned veterinary practice opening in the vibrant Vauxhall/Nine Elms area (Wilcox Road). We have purposefully designed our 142 sqm premises to be a state-of-the-art clinical environment. We are assembling our core founding team and looking for a passionate leader to head our clinical operations.
The Role: We are looking for an experienced, confident Lead Veterinary Surgeon to act as our clinical lead. You will provide exceptional first-opinion and surgical care while guiding our clinical standards, mentoring team members, and helping shape the future medical protocols of our practice.
- Salary: £75,000 – £85,000+ per year (commensurate with 10+ years of experience and leadership capabilities).
- CPD: £1,500 per year + 3 days paid CPD leave.
- Memberships: RCVS and VDS fees fully covered.
- Holidays: 25 days paid annual leave + Bank Holidays (managed on a flexible rota basis).
- Pension: Standard workplace pension scheme (3% employer contribution).
- Sick Pay: Statutory Sick Pay (SSP).
- Staff Discounts: 25% discount on pet food/products, and 80% discount on veterinary treatments.
Equipment: Work with top-tier technology, including Lupa PIMS, a full in-house IDEXX lab, the premium DynaVue Duo system (digital X-ray, fluoroscopy, video, and thermal imaging), and high-end dental X-ray/scanners.
Pay: £75,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
