Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Shop Assistant to join our team.
You will be required to work:
Friday 4pm-12am (Could close earlier)
Saturday 4pm-12am (Could close earlier)
Sunday 10am - 6pm
Plus cover any sickness or holidays as & when needed.
Duties:
- Use a Epos system till (You will be trained) if you’ve never used one.
- Load and unloading goods, including heavy items requiring physical effort
- Ensure accurate delivery of orders
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store and delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Restock shelves and organise stock within the store as required
- Follow all health and safety regulations during deliveries and in-store activities
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding delivery schedules and stock levels
- Abide to our “NO I.D, NO SALE” policy
Requirements:
- Age 21+
- NO Criminal record
- References
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers, team members and wholesale staff
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting heavy items safely
- Reliable, punctual, and organised with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to cover holidays & sickness
