Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated complex care/ ITU experienced Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team on a part time basis working one night shift and/or one day shift per week. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to client care and demonstrate exceptional clinical skills. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services, ensuring the well-being of our client who has a spinal injury. Please note that this role is working in the clients home within an all female team on a 2;1 basis.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care with compassion and professionalism, ensuring the comfort and safety of the client at all times.
- Administer medications as prescribed, monitoring the client for any adverse reactions or side effects.
- Providing tracheostomy and ventilation care.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Supervise other members of staff and lead by example.
- Support the client with social activities.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance and develop the teams skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Valid registration as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Proven experience in complex care/ITU.
- Efficient in tracheostomy and ventilation care.
- Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols and anatomy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with client and team.
- A caring attitude towards patients, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Pay: £31.00-£36.00 per hour
