Job Summary
We are seeking 2 reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join a site in Glastonbury on a listed house project. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various operational tasks across our site, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, equipment, and supplies as required
- Support the preparation and cleaning of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Carry out general manual tasks such as lifting, moving, and stacking items in accordance with health and safety guidelines
- Support team members with specialised tasks when necessary, including basic maintenance and organisation of tools and materials
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
- Report any hazards or unsafe practices to supervisors promptly
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment throughout the shift
Qualifications
- CSCS card
- 3-point PPE
- UK Driving License ideally to get to site.
- Previous experience in manual labour is advantageous but not essential
- Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a manual labour setting
