The Role:
As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will visit our lovely clients in their own homes, helping them live independently, safely, and with dignity. This is not just a checklist of tasks, it’s about building meaningful relationships.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Providing warm companionship and a friendly, reassuring face.
- Assisting with personal care, dressing, and morning/evening routines.
- Helping with light household tasks, meal preparation, and medication support.
- Accompanying clients to appointments or helping them stay connected to their community.
What We Look For:
You don’t need years of experience or complex qualifications to be an incredible Care Assistant, we are simply looking for:
- A deeply compassionate, kind, and reliable nature.
- A genuine desire to improve the lives of vulnerable people.
- A Full UK Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential for travelling between client homes).
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-player attitude.
- The right to work in the UK (Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship at this time).
