Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR & Recruitment Manager to lead our human resources and talent acquisition functions. The successful candidate will oversee recruitment processes, manage HR systems, and develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent. This role requires strong management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems. The HR & Recruitment Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive organisational culture and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
Duties
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage and optimise HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, or similar systems to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee the utilisation of ATS tools to streamline recruitment workflows and improve candidate experience.
- Supervise HR team members and coordinate with management to develop effective human resources strategies.
- Analyse workforce data to identify trends, forecast staffing needs, and support organisational planning.
- Develop and deliver presentations on HR initiatives, policies, and recruitment metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies across all HR activities.
- Facilitate training sessions on HR systems, policies, and best practices for staff development.
- Maintain effective communication channels within the organisation to promote employee engagement and organisational transparency.
Requirements
- Proven management experience within human resources or recruitment functions.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo or similar systems; experience with ATS tools is essential.
- Demonstrable supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques to interpret HR metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with human resources best practices, employment legislation, and organisational development strategies.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
