Duties
- Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
- Provide additional beauty treatments including eyelash extensions, makeup application, and deep tissue massage to enhance guest experiences
- Manage front desk responsibilities by greeting clients warmly, scheduling appointments efficiently, and handling guest inquiries with professionalism
- Engage in social media management by showcasing your work, promoting special offers, and connecting with clients online to grow our community
- Upsell additional services and retail products to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace adhering to health and safety standards at all times
- Offer excellent customer service by listening attentively to guests’ needs and providing personalized recommendations
Skills
- Strong management skills to coordinate appointments and oversee daily salon operations
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and team members effectively
- Proven experience in social media management to promote services and build an online presence
- Exceptional customer service abilities to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Knowledge of eyelash extensions, makeup application, barbering techniques, and deep tissue massage is highly desirable
- Ability to handle front desk duties efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Hospitality-focused mindset with the ability to upsell services naturally and confidently
