We are a vibrant takeaway based in Edinburgh, offering freshly handmade sushi, dim sum, and hot bento daily.
We are currently looking for a full-time cashier to join our friendly team, working 30–35 hours per week (primarily weekdays).
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately processing customer payments
Preparing drinks (bubble tea and iced fruit tea)
Maintaining cleanliness of the counter, equipment, and seating areas
Handling cash and basic counting tasks
Delivering excellent customer service
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality or retail is preferred
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Reliable and able to work as part of a team

We are open from 9:30am to 9:00pm, with three shift patterns available throughout the day.
