White-label is one of our fastest-growing divisions, supplying leading brands worldwide. To support this growth, we’re creating a dedicated Group Sales Administrator role focused on managing key white-label customers end-to-end, ensuring seamless service, and driving commercial success.
Purpose of the Role:
To provide dedicated sales administration and account management support for the Group’s white-label business, acting as the Managing Director’s right hand across all WL sales. You will manage our largest customers day-to-day, ensuring smooth processes, excellent service, and consistent growth, while providing ad hoc sales support to STYRKR when needed.
Main Accountabilities
- Provide day-to-day sales administration support across STYRKR and the white-label business.
- Process and track customer orders accurately from receipt through to delivery.
- Maintain accurate information within the company’s sales tracking systems.
- Maintain customer records, price lists, commercial terms, product information and order documentation.
- Use spreadsheets confidently to organise, analyse and communicate customer, sales and order information.
- Coordinate the sales-to-operations handover, ensuring all customer requirements, specifications and deadlines are complete and clearly understood.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Production, Finance, Logistics and other relevant teams to keep orders and customer actions on track.
- Monitor progress against agreed timelines and identify potential delays, risks or roadblocks before they affect the customer.
- Escalate issues promptly to the Head of Sales and coordinate internal actions to support a resolution.
- Provide customers with concise, accurate and timely updates, particularly when timelines or requirements change.
- Handle inbound enquiries, quotations, sample requests and product information professionally.
- Raise and track sales orders, invoices, credits and logistics documentation where required.
- Record meeting notes, maintain action trackers and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure agreed actions are completed.
- Support sales forecasting by maintaining accurate customer, pipeline and expected-order information.
- Monitor service levels, including order accuracy, on-time delivery and customer issues, highlighting recurring problems or improvement opportunities.
- Support the Head of Sales with customer reports, proposals, presentations and general sales administration.
- Help improve and document sales administration processes as the role and businesses develop.
