We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting day-to-day site operations and assisting skilled tradespeople to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with loading and unloading materials
- Keeping the worksite clean and organised
- Keeping the unit clean, tidy, and well organised at all times
- Collecting, sorting, and disposing of waste appropriately
- Driving a company van to transport waste to the recycling centre
- Supporting tradespeople (e.g. builders, electricians, plumbers)
- Operating basic tools and equipment
- Following health and safety regulations at all times
- Performing general manual labour tasks as required
Requirements
- Previous labouring or construction experience preferred but not essential
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- CSCS card (preferred/required depending on role)
