Sales Manager – Commercial Cleaning Services

Salary: £30,000 per annum plus generous commission structure

With over 35 years of excellence in commercial cleaning services, KRAM Contract Cleaning has built a reputation for quality and reliability across the East Midlands. We are now seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our client portfolio in the region.
The Role
This is a field-based sales role covering the East Midlands territory, requiring attendance at our Lincoln office for coordination and planning. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth in target sectors
Generate new business through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking
Identify and engage with key decision-makers to build strong commercial relationships
Prepare professional quotations and tender submissions with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain and develop a healthy sales pipeline through consistent activity
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote KRAM's services
Work to agreed sales targets and performance metrics
Deliver compelling presentations that demonstrate KRAM's value proposition
Essential Requirements
Minimum 2 year's proven sales experience (B2B sales experience preferred)
Full UK driving licence
Ability to commute to Lincoln LN3 or willing to relocate before start date
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strong attention to detail with ability to meet strict deadlines
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Professional and knowledgeable approach to client engagement
