Carbon Padel Club is seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to provide exceptional guest services and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing guest interactions, maintaining the club’s standards, and supporting daily operations to create a memorable visit for everyone.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Manage reservations and bookings efficiently, ensuring smooth scheduling of court times
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest enquiries promptly and professionally
- Handle payments accurately and process transactions using the club’s point-of-sale system
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area and public spaces
- Support event organisation and assist with hosting tournaments or special events when required
- Collaborate with management to ensure operational standards are upheld at all times
- Assist in managing club facilities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and equipment is well-maintained
Skills
- Proven experience in management, hospitality, or guest services roles is desirable
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Strong organisational abilities to manage reservations, enquiries, and daily tasks efficiently
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills to handle guest concerns with professionalism and tact
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and support various operational needs within the club

Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour
