RCV / Dustcart Drivers (Class 2)
Location: Uxbridge, UB9 6LX
We're looking for experienced Class 2 RCV (Dustcart) drivers to join our growing team at Evolve Waste Solutions.
You’ll be providing waste collection services to commercial properties across London using our modern fleet of refuse collection vehicles (all brand new Scania's & Daf's). Looking for day drivers.
Job Details
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Start Time: 4:00 / 5:00 AM
- Hours: 47.5 hours per week
- Overtime: Weekend work on a rota basis (paid at enhanced overtime rate)
- Holidays: 27 days per year, plus 2 bank holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate refuse collection vehicles (RCVs) on designated routes
- Complete daily vehicle checks (pre- and post-trip inspections)
- Accurately maintain delivery logs and vehicle maintenance records
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Work closely with dispatchers and team members to ensure efficient collections
Requirements
- Class 2 (Cat C) licence
- Right to work in UK
- Up to date CPC
- Digi / Tachograph Card
- Roro, Skip and Dustcart experience would be an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £45,000.00-£47,000.00 per year
