Elvio Services is a growing property services company delivering high-quality work across the commercial and domestic sectors.
Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join our team — a varied role where no two days are the same, from redecorating an office to carrying out property repairs or supporting our specialist cleaning team.
Responsibilities
- Interior and exterior painting and decorating
- General property repairs and home maintenance
- Basic carpentry and small building works Patch plastering and making good
- Minor repairs and reactive maintenance
- Commercial and domestic cleaning duties when required
- Working independently or as part of a team
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every visit
- Completing work safely and to a high standard Essential
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in painting and decorating
- Experience in general property maintenance and small works
- Practical problem-solving skills and a strong eye for detail
- Ability to manage your workload and work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Qualified electrician or plumber
- Additional trade qualifications
- Experience in facilities management or reactive maintenance
- Experience in commercial or specialist cleaning
