About Equity Edge
Equity Edge is a proprietary trading firm providing simulated trading evaluations and access to funded trading opportunities.
We work with traders, affiliates and content creators across global markets, combining a performance-focused trading product with a growing partner network. As we expand our London operation, we are looking for an experienced commercial professional to lead and develop our affiliate function.
About the opportunity
We are seeking a commercially driven Head of Affiliate Partnerships to take ownership of our affiliate programme and lead its continued growth.
You will manage our Affiliate Managers, personally oversee strategically important partners, and take responsibility for affiliate recruitment, retention, performance and revenue.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity requiring strong relationship-building ability, commercial judgement and operational discipline. You must be comfortable leading a team while remaining personally involved in important accounts, negotiations and performance decisions.
Contract structure and progression
This opportunity is offered on a contractor basis and is not a permanent employed position.
The engagement will follow three stages:
The selected applicant will initially complete a paid two-day practical project. Equity Edge will provide onboarding, support and the information required to complete the agreed assignment.
The project will allow both parties to assess working compatibility, commercial judgement, communication and the applicant’s ability to deliver against an agreed brief.
- Three-month contractor engagement
Successful completion of the two-day project may lead to a three-month contractor agreement at a fee of £4,000 per month.
This stage will include clearly defined responsibilities, deliverables, performance goals and reporting expectations. Performance-related bonus opportunities may also be available under the applicable contractor agreement.
- Potential 18-month fixed-term contract
Contractors who successfully complete the three-month engagement and achieve the agreed performance goals may be offered an 18-month fixed-term contract, subject to business requirements, satisfactory performance and mutually agreed terms.
Progression between stages is not automatic. It will depend on the quality of work, achievement of agreed objectives, professional conduct and the company’s ongoing requirements. The terms applicable to each stage will be confirmed in writing before that stage begins.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, support and manage the Affiliate Management team.
- Establish clear individual and team KPIs and maintain accountability against them.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with affiliates, influencers and referral partners.
- Personally manage strategically important affiliate relationships.

- Strong knowledge of proprietary trading, retail trading or the wider online trading industry.
- A demonstrable record of building, retaining and growing commercial relationships.
- Experience managing people and holding a team accountable against measurable KPIs.
- Strong negotiation, communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Commercial understanding of revenue, conversion rates, acquisition costs and partner performance.

Who we are looking for
You are proactive, commercially focused and capable of building trust quickly.
You understand that successful partnerships require more than signing new affiliates. They require regular communication, reliable follow-through, constructive problem-solving and a clear understanding of what creates mutual commercial value.
You should be equally comfortable developing strategy, managing a team, analysing performance and speaking directly with an important partner when a relationship requires attention.
