Stead McAlpin is a leading luxury textile manufacturer with a heritage dating back to 1835. Based in Carlisle, we work with customers around the world, from emerging brands to prestigious fashion houses. Due to continued growth, we are looking for Production Operatives to join our team.
No Experience Needed
If you're reliable, hard-working, and eager to learn, we'll provide full training to help you develop specialist manufacturing skills.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operating production machinery and equipment
- Monitoring quality and ensuring high standards are maintained
- Supporting daily production targets
- Working flexibly across different production areas
- Following health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good timekeeping and attendance
- Good eyesight and colour vision
- Previous manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential
