Job description
Full training will be provided.
In this role, your duties would include, but not be limited to, the following -
- To assist the manager in all aspects of production, as required to create an efficient and high performance product turnover.
- Manage orders and ensure maximised production time and efficiency.
- Assist in preparing the recipes.
- Ordering of ingredients required for recipes in a timely fashion taking into account shelf life.
- Assist in running the line, loading the dough, using the docker.
- Lifting the trays on to the baking trollies, loading/unloading oven.
- Using the flow wrap machine.
- Assist in the batching, packing and dispatch of finished goods when needed.
- Record keeping.
- Liaising with the office to prioritise orders
- Organise regular down time days with the Manager to clean, reorganise, take stock etc.
- Stock take of product and packaging when required.
- Maintain production, batch, goods in and waste records.
- Daily, weekly and monthly audits of said records.
- Achieve production targets.
- Ensure that quality is maintained – report any anomalies.
- Cleaning to a high standard.

Hours: Mon - Thur, 10hrs per day, paid 1/2 hr break for lunch
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
