Pioneer FM are looking for a Site cleaning supervisor in Daresbury WA4
Hours: 7am – 3pm – Monday to Friday
Annual Holiday Entitlement: 28 Days (includes Bank Holidays)
Start date: ASAP
Job Spec: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supervision (in particular cleaning services) as well as experience supervising staff and client relations, ideally in a public sector environment. The Site supervisor is ultimately responsible for ensuring high quality cleaning services on site.
Site Manager Responsibilities:
- Ensure provision of full-service delivery across the site as per contract specification
- Ensure the cleaning specification and associated agreed services fully delivered to consistently high standards and meets the customer requirements.
- Ensure quality standards are met on site
- Staff training
- Continually review to improve productivity whilst maintaining cleaning standards.
Site Manager Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills including: communication, reliability and a positive can-do attitude
- Experience managing staff, client relations, 10-15+ staff
- Versatility and a strong work ethic
- Lead by example
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to motivate and prioritise tasks
- Experienced buffer user
