Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Provide detailed product information and personalised recommendations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation
- Upsell products and promotions to maximise sales opportunities
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Manage stock levels, organise displays, and ensure the sales floor remains tidy and inviting
- Handle customer enquiries via phone with professional etiquette
- Assist in organising promotional events and seasonal displays
- Support team members with daily operational tasks to ensure efficient store functioning
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and stock counts
- Experience in merchandising and upselling techniques preferred
- Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
