We are Spicer+Cole, a small group of independent cafés in the heart of Bristol. We are currently seeking a full time Front of House / Barista Team Member to join our team in our busy Finzels Reach cafe.

We serve the best artisan coffee and loose-leaf tea, together with super-fresh seasonal food, made from scratch in our kitchens each day. Breakfast, lunch, coffee and cake, all made by people who care.
This is a part time position (2-3 shift 10-15 hours) and we are ideally looking for someone who thrives in busy service environments. Ideally you will have gained some solid experience working in a similar, high quality coffee environment. We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for coffee, food and a keen eye for detail; someone who connects brilliantly with people – both your team and customers alike!
