The Role
We are seeking an organised and reliable Part-Time Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our supported accommodation service. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting staff and residents, and ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support to the service team.
* Maintain accurate resident files and electronic records.
* Answer telephone calls, emails, and enquiries professionally.
* Assist with staff rotas, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
* Prepare reports, letters, and other documentation as required.
* Support compliance requirements, including data protection and record keeping.
* Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
* Assist with invoicing, petty cash records, book keeping and financial administration.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
* Support the management team with additional administrative duties as required.
Essential Requirements
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Accounting Software System.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good attention to detail and accuracy.
* Understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles.
Desirable Requirements
* Experience working within supported accommodation, housing, social care, or a related sector.
* Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
* Experience using case management or housing management systems.
