Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any needs or concerns proactively
- Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance the guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout your shift
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation, uphold food safety standards, and manage order accuracy
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper serving techniques
- Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and change accurately
- Familiarity with food preparation processes or kitchen experience is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Exceptional guest service abilities with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining genuine guest engagement
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: £12.71-£16.00 per hour
