We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Photography Staff to join our team working at Hertfordshire Zoo. This customer-facing role involves capturing memorable moments for visitors while delivering excellent service in a fun, fast-paced environment.
As part of the role, you will photograph zoo visitors in designated locations, engage positively with families and guests of all ages, promote and sell photo packages and souvenirs, handle basic sales transactions and operate photography equipment, and maintain a professional appearance and friendly attitude at all times.
What we’re looking for:
- Confident, outgoing and comfortable approaching the public
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Interest in photography (training provided, professional experience not essential)
- Reliable, punctual and able to work outdoors in all weather
- Able to work weekends, school holidays, and busy periods
- Photography experience: 1 year+ (preferred)
- Customer service experience: 1 year+ (preferred)
