Join us as a Coffee Service Host Volunteer!
You'll help customers discover and enjoy our speciality grade, single origin coffee, from coffee stations in Rwanda, creating a friendly atmosphere and helping to raise funds for our charity – Aegis Peace Foundation.
Whether you're looking to gain experience in hospitality and customer service, build your confidence, develop your communication skills, or simply to share your previous experience, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Coffee Service Host, you will:
Welcome and chat with customers
Introduce customers to our coffee shop and show them how the tap and go machine works
Encourage customers to enjoy a coffee during their visit
Keep the coffee area clean, tidy and inviting
Help replenish cups, lids, coffee and other supplies
Volunteering as a Coffee Service Host is a great opportunity to:

You don't need any previous experience – we'll provide all the training you need.
Volunteering is flexible and can work around your availability.

When can I volunteer?
Any days – Monday to Sunday
Any time between 10am – 6pm
How long is a typical session?
We suggest at least a 4 hour shift to get real benefit and experience.
How many shifts can I do?
As many as you like! Some of our team do one a week, some do as many as 4-5 a week!
