Church Street Clinic is a growing private healthcare provider in the heart of Hereford, offering mental health, aesthetics, sports performance, medical, and ancillary services. We are working toward imminent CQC registration and are at an exciting stage of development.
I am looking for an experienced Practice Manager with a proven track record who takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about the client experience. This is not a background role. You will be at the heart of everything we do, working directly alongside me to shape how this clinic operates and grows.

The Role
- Manage all client pathways and appointment scheduling across all clinical services.
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations across all service lines.
- Manage billing, invoicing, and financial administration.
- Maintain and audit the clinic policy library to CQC standards.
- Manage administrative systems, correspondence, and supplier relationships.
- Handle sensitive and confidential client and clinical information with absolute discretion.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven track record in practice management or senior healthcare administration. Essential.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong organisational skills.
- Experience of billing, invoicing, and financial administration in a service environment.
- Outstanding communication skills and a confident, professional manner.
- Knowledge of CQC standards and private healthcare experience highly desirable.
