Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and products.
- Ensure all surfaces, floors, windows, and fixtures are cleaned to meet company standards and health regulations.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet rolls to maintain smooth daily operations.
- Follow health and safety guidelines rigorously to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning activities to the relevant department promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning tasks completed and supplies used during each shift.
- Support team members with additional duties as needed to uphold the cleanliness standards across all areas.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and buffers safely and effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues clearly.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
