We are looking for a special person to lead our Pre School team.
Given the level of educational delivery for this age group, we are looking for someone who has a high degree of experience, ideally as a teacher or early years manager. Newly qualified teachers are encouraged to apply.
As a minumum you must hold a full and relevant level 3 qualification.
Additionally, we are looking for someone special who can build fabulous relationships with our older children and our talented team. Our pre schoolers are a capable and driven bunch who achieve at a high level and love to learn. Experience of working with a phonics or maths programme would be really beneficial.
You will need to be proactive and passionate and an excellent team player. This is a busy nursery, full of laughter and fun so you will need to be comfortable with working at a pace and be quick to think on your feet.
Experience of working with children in some capacity is a must.
Please be aware that given the nature of the role, you will need to meet our safeguarding criteria and hold a clear DBS check to work alongside children.
Summary
As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. Reporting to the Nursery Manager, your role will focus on delivering high-quality early childhood education and care. Core skills in childcare, communication, and experience with children will be essential as you engage with and support their development.
Experience or skills as a senior practitioner or room leader, may also be utilized in guiding less experienced staff. Join us in shaping the future of our children through dedicated and compassionate care.
