We are seeking an organized and personable Guest Service Lead to oversee daily guest service operations, support the guest service team, and ensure an excellent experience for all hotel guests.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare guest evening meals and small functions

Support in food service execution

Manage kitchen operations in line with food safety regulations

Assist with supervision of daily front-of-house operations

Assist in training, coaching, and mentoring guest service staff

Support check-in and check-out processes where required

Coordinate with other departments where required
