Duties
- Welcoming children and parents to sessions and managing sign-in on arrival
- Monitoring session entrances and maintaining registers for each age group
- Building relationships with families and fostering a sense of community at your local venue
- Managing social media during sessions — uploading stories, photos, and videos to the academy's Instagram account
- Answering parent enquiries, taking notes, and ensuring only registered attendees enter the session
Experience
- Previous experience in management or supervisory roles within hospitality, sports programs, or customer service environments
- Strong background in guest services with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of football rules, techniques, or coaching experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high energy levels during busy periods
- Proven ability to handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly to ensure positive experiences

This role takes place on Wednesday evenings (17:30-19:30) and Sunday mornings (09:00-11:00) at The Turing School, Larkspur Drive, Eastbourne BN23 8EJ. This role starts at the end of September 2026. Based on your performance, additional hours at other sessions may become available.
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
