Join a Modern, Therapy-Led Practice
We are looking for a confident, motivated, and patient-focused Dental Therapist to join our progressive, therapy-led practice. Your Role
As one of the first clinicians many of our new patients will meet, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their experience and setting them on the path to long-term oral health and igniting a relationship built on trust.
You will be responsible for:
- Carrying out comprehensive new patient assessments
- Developing personalised preventive and periodontal treatment plans
- Designing tailored hygiene and maintenance recall programmes
- Providing patient education and motivating positive behavioural change
- Opening and managing courses of treatment within your scope of practice
- Delivering high-quality preventive, restorative, and periodontal care
- Identifying patients who require referral for complex or out-of-scope treatment, ensuring seamless transition to our dentists

Position Details
- 4 days per week
- To include Saturday working and flexibility for early starts and/or late evenings
- 35–40% remuneration, dependent on experience
Pay: £33.00-£100.00 per hour
