Pharmacist

Up to £60,000 + bonuses
We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join a well-established community pharmacy in Llanelli and make a real difference to patient care.
About the Pharmacy
- Dispenses approximately 2k items per week
- Provides a full range of community pharmacy services, including flu vaccinations
- Supports up to 20 substance misuse patients and around 6 care homes
- Dispenses around 200 blister packs
- It has strong working relationships with local GP surgeries and health centres
This pharmacy is open 9am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday. The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of 1 Team Leader and 2 Dispensers.
You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits
The Ideal Candidate
- MPharm degree (or equivalent)
- GPhC registration (required by start date)
- Previous management experience is desirable but not essential
- A patient-focused, proactive approach to community pharmacy
- Reliable transport
