Chef De Partie
We are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie to further strengthen our kitchen team. Candidates must be organised, committed to delivering excellence at all times, able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment, work well as part of a team and have at least 2 years experience in a similar high standard establishment, banqueting and restaurant experience desirable. The salary for this role is negotiable depending on experience during interview.
Duties
Your day to day duties will include, but not limited to:
· Ensure that all stocks are kept under optimum conditions.
· Ensure that all dishes are being prepared to the specified recipe and to the correct quantity.
· Working alongside the kitchen team to deliver daily food service and banqueting
· Hours will include working either early or late shifts on a 5 out of 7 day basis (unless working on a part time basis). Shifts will also included working weekends, therefore flexibility is essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
