PPA Teacher – Primary School
Thatcham | Full-Time | September 2026 Start | Rolling Basis
Teach and Connect are looking for an experienced PPA Teacher to join a lovely primary school in Thatcham from September 2026.
This is a full-time, ongoing role on a rolling basis, providing PPA cover across KS1 and KS2. You must be confident teaching across the full primary age range and able to adapt quickly between different classes and year groups.
The Role
- Full-time PPA cover across KS1 and KS2
- Delivering engaging lessons and following existing planning
- Maintaining a positive, well-managed classroom
- Working closely with class teachers and the wider school team
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- Previous UK teaching experience – essential
- Confident teaching all primary age groups across KS1 and KS2
- Strong classroom and behaviour management
- Reliable, adaptable and committed to pupil welfare
