Duties
- Engage with prospective and existing clients to identify their requirements and present suitable products or services
- Conduct negotiations to secure favourable terms and close sales efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-up and personalised service
- Manage B2B sales processes, including preparing proposals, contracts, and quotations
- Utilise IT systems to record customer interactions, update records, and generate reports
- Drive sales initiatives by actively seeking new business opportunities and markets
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Organise schedules effectively to optimise client meetings and sales activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in B2B environments, is advantageous
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Valid driving licence is essential for client visits and meetings
- Proficiency in IT tools such as CRM software, MS Office suite, and other relevant applications
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple priorities
