Our client, a prestigious dealership in Canterbury, Kent, is seeking a qualified Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join their dedicated workshop team. Duties:
- Conducting vehicle health checks using advanced diagnostic equipment
- Performing servicing in line with manufacturer guidelines and customer requests
- Carrying out repairs and warranty work to manufacturer standards
- Road testing vehicles to ensure fault rectification
- Completing all relevant service and repair paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification required
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic, ideally within a main dealer or reputable independent garage
- Motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn new skills, particularly in hybrid and electric vehicle technology
- Ability to work to high standards and deliver excellent customer service
- Experience working with recognised brands is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided
