KW Joy Ltd is looking for experienced HGV Class 1 (CE) Drivers to join our expanding team. We have opportunities for both tramping drivers and day shift drivers, operating modern, well-maintained vehicles from our Rugby operating centre.
We are looking for reliable, professional drivers who take pride in their work and are committed to delivering excellent service.

- Starting pay from 47000 -51000 per year
- including Night Out Allowance of approximately £26 per night (for tramping drivers).

Tramping Position
- Monday to Friday tramping.
- Minimum 3 nights out per week (typically 4 nights).
- Curtainsider general haulage throughout the UK.
- Starting and finishing from our Rugby operating centre.
Previous curtainsider experience is essential.
Experience with container transport would be an advantage, but full training can be provided for the right candidate.
Day Shift Position
- Monday to Friday day work.
- Curtainsider and general haulage.
- Regular start times from Rugby.
- Opportunity for additional hours when available.
Essential Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 1 (Category CE) licence.
- Minimum 2 years' Class 1 driving experience.
- Maximum 3 penalty points on your driving licence.
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Good understanding of UK drivers' hours and working time regulations.
- Professional attitude and excellent timekeeping.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to be part of a team.
- Good communication skills and spoken English.
