We are seeking a Compliance and Risk Manager to lead compliance initiatives, strengthen risk management frameworks, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across the business. Key Responsibilities:
Compliance Management: Develop, implement, and monitor company compliance programs and policies.
Risk Assessment: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate operational, financial, and regulatory risks.
Policy Governance: Maintain internal controls and ensure adherence to industry regulations.
Audit Support: Coordinate internal reviews and support external audits and compliance inspections.
Stakeholder Engagement: Provide guidance and recommendations to management on risk and compliance matters.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, governance, or regulatory affairs.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of risk frameworks, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Analytical Skills: Ability to assess risks and develop practical mitigation strategies.
Communication: Confident in presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to maintaining high ethical and compliance standards.
Pay: £7,600.00-£8,333.00 per month
