Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced food distribution environment?
We have an exciting opportunity for an Outbound Logistics Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing operation. You'll lead the outbound loading function, ensuring customer orders are picked, staged, loaded and dispatched accurately and on time.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll motivate and support a warehouse team, drive operational performance and help deliver excellent service to our customers. Working across ambient, chilled, frozen and fresh produce products, you'll play a vital role in keeping our operation running efficiently.
Shifts: 5 days per week, 5pm - 2pm, including weekends
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Time Off: 30 days holiday + 22 additional days off
Working as a Outbound Logistics Warehouse Supervisor your responsibilities will include:

Leading the day-to-day outbound warehouse operation.

Ensuring orders are picked, loaded and dispatched accurately and on time.

Managing and supporting a small warehouse team.

Allocating workload to meet operational and customer requirements.

Monitoring performance, productivity and service levels.

Maintaining high standards of health & safety, food safety and hygiene.

Supporting continuous improvement across warehouse operations.

Providing operational support and holiday cover when required.
What you will bring to our team:

Previous warehouse or logistics experience.

Supervisory or team leadership experience.

Experience managing picking, loading or dispatch operations.

Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Strong communication and people management skills.

Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Understanding of health & safety and food hygiene standards.

Experience within food, fresh produce or temperature-controlled environments desirable.
