The Troop family have been involved with the motor trade in and around Leadenham for over 75 yrs. For over 50 of those years associated with Vauxhall and are currently a fully Authorised service point. Then In 2013 we were appointed as a Centre of Excellence for Isuzu.
Throughout this time we have always strived to keep the values and services associated with the local family run business and have always taken the view that whilst we are a business and need to operate as such, we need to be a service to our local community and our many loyal customers.
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified technician to work in our busy franchised workshop.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles of all types
- Work to the highest level within scheduled times to meet company, franchise and manufacturers' standards
- Repair, test vehicles and diagnose faults
- Replace components, parts, lubricants and consumables whilst maintaining records and usage
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area, organised and safe from hazards to 'Health and Safety'
- Advise and report on vehicle faults, servicing requirements including future servicing/repair requirement
- EV and Hybrid awaren98ess required
- Ideal candidate will be level 3 trained
- MOT License is optional
- Full driving license required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £40,000.00-£46,000.00 per year
