Due to continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse operations, improve efficiency and ensure the accurate and timely fulfilment of customer orders.
Job Summary
The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management, goods receiving, storage, order fulfilment, dispatch, staff supervision and operational performance. The successful candidate will ensure efficient warehouse processes, maintain accurate stock records and implement improvements to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily workloads.
- Plan and coordinate goods receiving, storage and dispatch activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Ensure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
- Oversee relationships with courier and logistics providers.
- Monitor warehouse productivity and operational KPIs.
- Improve warehouse layout and operational efficiency.
- Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and standard operating processes.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company policies.
- Train, support and monitor warehouse staff performance.
- Produce warehouse performance and inventory reports for senior management.
- Work closely with purchasing, customer service and management teams to ensure efficient stock availability.
- Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs while maintaining service quality.
- Assist with warehouse planning to support business expansion.

- Previous experience managing warehouse operations.
- Strong inventory management and stock control knowledge.
- Experience supervising warehouse staff.

Pay: £42,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
