Salary: £31,000 -£35,000 per year
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality food and excellent kitchen operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
- Ability to lead and supervise the kitchen team
- Food Hygiene Certificate preferred
- Reliable, organised, and able to work under pressure
