About the role
We’re looking for a hands‑on Recruitment & Talent Manager to lead end‑to‑end, high‑volume recruitment, onboarding and talent development across a growing customer experience and sales organisation. You’ll build strong talent pipelines, drive direct sourcing, and support workforce planning and people strategy across UK operations.
This role suits an experienced recruiter or talent manager who enjoys fast‑paced environments, stakeholder engagement, and improving talent acquisition processes.

What you’ll do
- Manage full lifecycle recruitment across operational roles
- Build talent pipelines and support workforce planning
- Deliver direct sourcing, ethical headhunting and reduce agency reliance
- Coach hiring managers on interview techniques and selection
- Strengthen employer brand, candidate experience and recruitment marketing
- Design onboarding and induction programmes
- Maintain recruitment data, reporting and KPI tracking
- Support DE&I, engagement and values‑led initiatives
What you’ll bring
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or internal hiring
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Direct sourcing/headhunting experience
- Knowledge of UK employment law, right‑to‑work & GDPR
- Experience using ATS/HRIS systems
- Strong organisation skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, Talent Partner, Talent Manager, Senior Recruiter, People & Talent Lead, HR Officer (recruitment‑focused), Internal Recruiter.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
