Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Powder Coater to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying powder coatings to various metal components, ensuring a high-quality finish and adherence to safety standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or masking prior to coating application
- Operate powder coating equipment with precision to achieve consistent coverage
- Maintain and calibrate spray guns and other tools used in the coating process
- Inspect finished products for quality, colour consistency, and finish smoothness
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Assist with loading and unloading materials within the warehouse or production area
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal operation
- Document work progress and complete relevant production reports accurately
Experience
- 1- 2 years experience in Powder Coating.
This role requires a proactive individual capable of working efficiently within a team while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Candidates should possess relevant technical skills and be eager to learn new techniques in powder coating processes.
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
