Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dental practice. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting dentists during procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining the smooth operation of the clinic. Duties
- Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and sterilised.
- Provide high-quality patient care
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and hygiene standards within the practice policies
- Ensure the clinical environment is organised, clean, and fully equipped for daily operations.
Requirements
- Prior experience in dental assisting is desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically to patients and team members.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a busy environment.
- Good IT R4 literacy to handle patient records and other administrative duties.
- A genuine interest in patient care with a caring attitude towards individuals of all ages.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating independence when required.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities within the practice setting.
