As a Dual Site HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our team, fostering a positive work environment, and driving our culture of excellence.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in the hospitality industry.

Collaborate with department heads to identify recruitment needs, create job descriptions, and manage the recruitment process.

Implement effective onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires have a smooth transition and feel connected to the organisation.

Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Partner with managers to create performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.

Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, such as recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities.

Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
