We are looking for an experienced Plant & Agricultural Mechanic to join our busy team. We are also looking for an Apprentice for the workshop to fully train.
An attractive salary package is available for the right candidate with regular appraisal reviews to reward performance and training. Apprentice rate applies for that role .
Requirements:
Experience working on Tractors or Construction Machinery essential
Good all round Mechanical skills
Engineering experience or qualifications an advantage
Welding/Fabrication skills would be beneficial but not essential
Ability to work under supervision and on own initiative
Ability to diagnose problems, identify work and parts required to rectify problem
Work quickly and efficiently to complete work thoroughly to a high standard and on time.
Servicing and maintaining Tractors and Agricultural Equipment and/or Excavators and construction machinery.
Diagnosing faults using fault finding equipment
Liaising with the parts department
Dealing with customers directly
Adherence to Health and Safety Policy and Safe Working Practices
Completing all necessary paperwork and online documentation
Full Drivers Licence
Ability to speak Welsh desirable but not essential
